You can prefer doing job at a good company.
And if you want to continue studies then go for Mtech or MBA as per your interest. If you don't have money issues then I will suggest you for higher studies.
These further studies will surely get you better jobs than the job you'll get now.

You can go for M.Tech. or MBA else if you don't have interest in any of these try excellin in a field you are good at.
