Hi,

Options you can after bsc nursing is given below.

Masters in nursing in several area like, Pediatrics, (OBG) Obstetric and gynecology, Mental health nursing, Medical surgical Nursing, community health nursing.


You can also go for i.e. MBA after that you can be the administrator in hospitals, This is the full time course in which you have to give CAT (common admission test ) followed by group discussions (GD) and interviews will give you the path for admission in some profile institutes.


Masters of health administration which can be done through entrance exams and an interviews, This course has direct admissions in some private colleges.


Medical transcriptions/medical writing/medical coding: In this field it requires your communication skills, the salaries were excellent if you have a flair language and can transcribe different accents or foreign documents.

Hi,

Below are some of the options you can do after BSC Nursing :-

  • Diploma in Critical Care Nursing. It is an advanced coursed for people who have an undergraduate degree in nursing.
  • Diploma in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Nursing.
  • Diploma in Nursing Administration.
  • Diploma in Surgical Nursing / Operations Room Nursing.
  • PG Nursing Courses in India.

You can join many courses after your B.Sc nursing. If you want to stick onto the profession then you can continue with M.Sc Nursing opting for any speciality you are interested in.

If you want to be an independent practitioner you can choose to study Nurse Practitioner course for which you will need to have a clinical experience in CCU, ICU etc. Or One of the best option if you might want to give a thought is MPH (masters in public health ) it is a very good course.. You can check it out for further details. There are many more courses like masters in Hospital Administration, clinical psychology.
