There's plenty of courses you can pursue after 12th commerce. You can opt to become a professional such as a CA, CS or Actuary. If you wish to go for a management position someday, you can also pursue an MBA.
If the field of Law sparks your interest, you can study LLB and become a practicing lawyer as well as a legal advisor.
In case you're more inclined towards Arts, you can study that, too. Be it Economics, history, political science or whatever takes your fancy.
If you wish to do something that's not related to commerce, you can do so too! Like becoming a part of the IT sector or designing industry.
You can also pursue a career in the governing bodies by appearing for exams such as the UPSC. This can land you a job in IAS, IPS or IFS sectors.

After 12 commerce you have many options like while completing your graduation in bcom you can do either of the courses like
Ca, bank, clerck, ias, rjs, ssc etc courses can be done along with your graduation.
Or if you are interested in law aur literary you can also pursue that.
