There are a no of options you can pursue , i will try to list some most popular ones, though on a personal note you should/can pursue anything which you like or interest you the most:

• postgraduate, may be appear for cat and do MBA
• OR you can do MBA from abroad give GMAT/GRE
• Become an entreprenur, or may be get involved with startups
• Go for mass media communication or pursue journalism
• Sit for government exams like SBI PO, UPSC if you have a nag for civil services etc etc
• pursue law , 3 year LLB cousrse if you are interested in law, judiciary etc etc
• Take up photography etc etc if you have a hobby and you want to become a proffesional in that etc etc
• sit for college placements
• persue humanities, do an MA etc from topmost colleges etc
