The importance of body language is it includes your facial expressions,posture and your hand gestures.Here are the 16 ways to understand and improve your own body language. They are Be aware,study others,mirror the other person, be aware of how you cross your arms and legs,make eye contact, relax your shoulders,don't slouch,face your conversation partner,lean in,mind your fidgeting,dont till your head,don't end sentences with up swings,go for a firm or matching hand shake,know where your hands are,sit in an engaging position, relax.Here are the some tips to best body language making a great impression. Eye contact,your standing posture,your sitting posture,practice smiling,practice your handshake.Hope this information helps you.
