Hello Snehal!

Salary of employees depend upon their field, experience, post and the company in which they are working. If you are talking about IT industry then skills they look for are programming, analytical and logical reasoning. Whether you have LLB degree or not does not matter for IT fields as it totally unrelated. Your qualification must match the job you are looking for in most of the cases.

  1. The initial salary for an IT employee on average can be considered as 15k-20k per month. If you are placed in campus, or into a high profile compay, you can expect around 40k-50k per month.
  2. For beginner lawyers the average salary can be around 5 to 7 lakhs per annum. This depends upon number of clients you get, number of cases you win etc.
  3. Average salary for a CA too ranges too from 6 to 8 lakhs per annum for a fresher.

As you can see, freshers almost in these fields get on average the same salary. It is efficiency and hard work that will take into higher positions.
