Hi Yogendra,
ICASR - International Centre for Advance Studies and Research, is an autonomous Educational & Research organisation established in the United States. On the official website of the institute, there is no mention of UGC approval or any other approval or accreditation. It works as an autonomous institute.
You can write to the institute at info@icasr.org or call at +91-926-666-6003 to know more details. I would request you to check the placements and talk to alumni of the institute to get a clear picture of the college.
