you can attend the neet counselling but if you don't your ews certificate then you will be treated as a general category student during the counselling andyou will not be eligible for seats reserved for ews candidates and hence you will not get any benefits.

Your application won't be cancelled but yes you'll be treated as a general individual and won't be eligible for any kind of reservation benefits.
