What if a guy got failed in 12th cbse 2017, Could he give jee main 2018 , by reappearing 12th as well as Jee 2018 ? (Loyal Answer required)

Yes you can give JEE Main 2018 but to appear the counselling process you need to produce your 12th certificates.
I would suggest , you need to first focus on passing in the 12th exam so that without any fuss you can appear JEE Main in next year.

Yes, you can give Jee mains in 2018 if you are appearing in 12th again but as there are 3 attempts in Jee mains so one chance of yours will be missed so now you will be having 2 chances for Jee mains and 1 for advanced.
