Since you have jee which is a national level exam and all the NIT's and IIT's are the top colleges in india, no matter which state you are from, the admission will be based on your marks and rank secured.

Hi,
you can get the engineering college of pune by JEE Mains marks after you have completed the 10th and 12th in telangana state.

No issue from wherever you completed your 10th and 12th whether they may be telangana board or any board.
You will easily enter enter into any College of India.
Because College will see your 12th percentage nor from which board you obtained.
So just go for it your dream college.
