What if i am not upgraded in 2nd round. Do I have to go to the 1st college again to take the admission?

Yes your eligible for pre alloted collegrs in firsr round even if you ar enot upgraded and can reserve seats at previous colleges absed on cutoff rnaks.
You cn also wish to float the college for upgrading into next round or wish to withdraw from counselling by reserving your alloted seat.
