what if I appear for ts pgecet counciling without Mark's and provisional certificates? as I have not got the results yet.

I think they will not allow you but if you take any proof that shows you applied for that exam then there will be some chances of it .
Documents required in counselling
SSC Pass Memo or its Equivalent for proof of Date of Birth.
Provisional Certificate
GATE Score / GPAT /PGECET Rank Card
Transfer Certificate.
Consolidated marks memo or memorandum of marks semester wise.
Study certificates from 10th class to Graduation.
Caste certificate
Residence certificate
Employ certificate And more
