what if i do B.pharmacy in any government or private college is it good?
You should join a college which is recognized by PCI. Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) is the legal body that governs the profession of pharmacy in our country. So, if you want to register as pharmacist and practice the profession or apply for government openings, joining a PCI recognized college is highly recommended. However, if you want to apply for a private (corporate) job, then this decision might work in your favor, though in this case it entirely depends on candidate’s ability and company’s requirement and reputation.
The privately-funded colleges are excellent in terms of infrastructure, but relatively expensive in terms of fee. Also, with private institute you cannot be sure whether it will provide good placement or high quality education.
You should choose the college by considering below points-
1- Status of the institution
2- Faculty and staff
3- Infrastructure and amenities
4- Placement statistics
