NO, without maths you cannot join NDA(navy). Without maths you can apply for NDA but only for ARMY, for air force and for navy maths and phy are required.
NDA exam is conducted in two parts, 1st paper is of mathematics which is of 300 marks and passing marks for maths paper is 30-40%.
If you will pass in maths paper then only your second paper(general ability paper) will be checked.If you have not opted for the maths and phy in class 11-12 then you have to work very hard on maths to get pass. you should take tutions for maths.
