the eligibility criteria for applying to b.sc zoology at delhi university is as follows:
Applicant must secure 55% or more marks in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry (Practical & Theory together) and 50% or more marks in one compulsory language i.e. English.
Merit will be generated based on aggregate percentage in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry.
so you should not replace the chemistry score with others marks.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you yes you can certainly remove one subject in which you have got less marks as D.U gives an opportunity to students to consider on 4 subject marks and can exclude one subject marks in which they have secured less marks to improve there percentage.
