what if I get 100%tile in cat but my academic record is not good ? can institutes select me ?

If you have eligible graduation percentage and good percentile in cat than your gd and pi session will play crucial role in your selection.
You knowledge , apptitude, positive attitude and specially your commitment will give you lead.
You must check on news IIM- A selected one student on basis of 89.75 percentile even they have cut off is 90 percentile.

The admission process is comprehensive which includes GD and PI rounds. Please, be prepared for the complete procedure. No part of it can be taken lightly.

Yes surely you can get admissions, you need to perform well enough in GDPI rounds and if possible have suitable work experience to get an edge over others.
