If you don't get any other college in upgradation then your previous allotment won't be forfeitured.You don't need to worry about that. . Also for more details you can check the complete details below for WBJEE counselling .

i have got electrical in techno salt lake and i want electronics and comm in techno
if i go for upgrade and dont get ece then will i get back electrical in techno or my seat would be cancelled
