The cutoff varies every year for admission from state to state and college to college. You can get admission in private colleges under 85% state quota seats on 350 score. But admission in any other state under 15% AIQ seats won't be possible at such a low score. Try to keep high target of minimum 450+ atleast so that you can score near to it or even more which will surely benefit you in getting admission in your desired college. Hope you're getting my point.!
