What if i have not self attested the marksheet in du form but scanned the marksheet in du form?

I don't think so this would lead to cancellation of your form. But let's be on a safer side. Tomorrow just call them and ask them whether you can fill the new form or will the previous one work. They will definitely give a solution. If you have not done the payment yet then I think you can upload the new document also.
