Don't Miss: JEE Seat Matrix
Hello Aswath
As jee advanced will be in may.
So it can not be predicted right now that what will be the rank according to your marks because it will depend upon the exam difficulty level and other factors .
As in the 2016 and 2017 you can see lot of variation due to exam difficulty level.
There may be around 1000 rank ( if exam difficulty level is high)
3-4 thousand ( medium)
6-8 thousand ( easy)
There may be variation in these ranks.
So good luck
First of all, let me tell you JEE is completely unpredictable. There is no fixed pattern of the exam. The conducting body always surprises students taking the exam.
Now , this year IIT Roorkee is the organising institute of JEE Advanced. Since the pattern is not fixed so the maximum marks cannot be defined.
For example, in 2018 total marks were 360, in 2017 it was 366 and 2016 it was 372 and in 2015 it was 264.
So your rank will depend on the total marks and the difficulty of the question paper.
But if paper would be around 350 marks, then 225 is really a good score. Then your rank will might be around 1000 that too depend on performance of other students.
Solving the JEE Advanced paper's will help to know the exam difficult level and identify the high weightage topics.
