What if I want to study Mbbs in Canada? Is there any chance that I can do that without NEET? I read somewhere that we can study there by getting a bachelor's degree in medicine first (from Canada) and then we can get admission to medical college without NEET?

I'm extremely sorry to tell you but without qualifying Neet examination you cannot get admission in mbbs etc in Canada or any other foreign country
This is because,
Although the admissions process in Canada or in any other foreign countries may be different and one get admission there by fulfilling their criteria but in order to be eligible for the very same ,the primary criteria is that you need to qualify as it is being mandatory to qualifying Neet examination in order to pursue MBBS BDS etc in all the medical college of India be it government or private and even for pursuing these courses in abroad.
This is what page number 10 of neet information brochure says:- Indian Citizens intending to pursue Undergraduate Medical Courses
from a foreign (Medical/Dental/Ayurveda/Siddha/Unani/Homeopathy) Institute need to qualify
NEET (UG)
You can check it on your own, the link download it is given below
