Om, it is difficult to determine prospects based on a Rank because like cut offs, ranks also change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Around 1 lakh All India Rank is approximately 400-500. With this score it might be tad difficult for a seat in Government BDS College. And it also largely depends on the State you belong to. So you should target atleast 550 and above.
