What if one has scored 40 marks in physics, 35 in chemistry, 50 in Maths and 120 in computer science... whether the candidate is eligible?

your question is incomplete . i didn't get which course or for which college you are talking about . however for most of the the entrance exams 55% are needed in aggregate or in best of four/three.
