what if the college does not have ews seats and i have applied with ews quota.....can i get seat their under general category automatically

Yes. Usually most of the Colleges across India have started providing EWS seats but, in case any colleges doesn't have those seats yet, yu will be considered as a general category candidate and given given seat accordingly. It's the same as it happens in every other exam where a candidate is not able to produce a necessary document or as in your case.
