what if we do cma course with a bachelor degree and then persue an mba degree? what are the advantage we get in mba then. should i do this?
Dear Sufiyan,
It is a well framed thorough question which shows that you are exploring all the options available which is excellent. CMA is a well-recognized course and its demand is high as well since the supply for it is low so if you pursue just CMA along with your bachelor's degree then you will get a good career and you don't really need to do MBA but if you want to pursue MBA provided that you pursue an MBA from a good college then of course it will give boost to your career in finance and can navigate from one finance profile to another smoothly after pursuing MBA. The first step is doing graduation and CMA, doing an MBA or not can be decided in the last year of your bachelor's degree since then you will be wiser and have more knowledge than whether you are satisfied with just CMA or do you want to work for a year or two and then pursue MBA or whether you want to pursue an MBA right after completing your graduation, just keep in mind that don't compromise on from which college you pursue MBA.
I hope this answer helps.
