Yes you can attempt neet with 3 years gap. All you need to make sure is that you meet up to all the eligibility criteria set for NEET.
You must check your eligibility from the information bulletin that is uploaded on the official website of neet i.e http://ntaneet.nic.in/Ntaneet/Welcome.aspx

The qualification code that is applicable for you is 02 if you have qualified 12th before the current year and have no other degree.
