Dear Vikram, Airways sector is too broad to narrow it down to one particular course. From ground staff or cabin crew to Aviation Engineer or a Commercial pilot, there are too many options for a career in Aviation industry. For a career in Aircraft Maintenance, you shpuld pursue B.E/B.Tech in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. For a career in Aeronautical Engineering, you should study B.E/B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering. For a diploma un ground staff, you should have passed +2 with atleast 50% and good communucation skills is mandatory. Commercial pilot training is an 18 months training course where in the eligibility is 10+2 in science with 50% marks. A diploma in Aviation industry is a 12-15 months course after 12th. Candidates, who are thinking of making their career in the Aviation sector, need to first fulfill some of the basic skills, which are as follows:
1. Motivation, Positive Attitude
2. Fluent in English and Hindi
3. Good at Physics & Mathematics.
4. Good Analytic and research skills for technical work.
5. Flexible enough to adapt to the working environment.
