Gravity is the force of attraction that exists between any two particles or any two bodies. It exists between all the particles and all bodies in the universe.
Suppose you are standing in your classroom near your blackboard. Gravity exists between you and the floor of your classroom. It also exists between you and a blackboard. You cannot feel the gravity of the black board because the gravitation of the earth is much more when compared to the gravity of the blackboard.
It comes from Mass. The mass of earth makes a gravitational pull on your mass.

Well, Gravity or gravitation is a natural phenomenon by which all things with mass or energy—including planets, stars, galaxies, and even light—are brought toward one another. Gravity is a physical connection between space and matter that is precisely described by Einstein’s geometric theory of gravity known as General Relativity. Now Comes this question, where it comes from:
We know from Isaac Newton and his law of gravitation that any two objects in the Universe exert a force of attraction on each other. This relationship is based on the mass of the two objects and the distance between them. The greater the mass of the two objects and the shorter the distance between them, the stronger the pull of the gravitational forces they exert on each other. But, as per theory of relativity, Albert Einstein explained how gravity is more than just a force: it is a curvature in the space-time continuum. That sounds like something straight out of science fiction, but simply put, the mass of an object causes the space around it to essentially bend and curve. In reality, we can’t see curvature of space directly, but we can detect it in the motions of objects. Any object ‘caught’ in another celestial body’s gravity is affected because the space it is moving through is curved toward that object. It is similar to the way a coin would spiral down one .We can also see the effects of gravity on light in a phenomenon called gravitational lensing. If an object in space is massive enough – such as a large galaxy or cluster of galaxies — it can cause an otherwise straight beam of light to curve around it, creating a lensing effect.
Besides being a characteristic of space, gravity is also a force (but it is the weakest of the four forces), and it might be a particle, too. Some scientists have proposed particles called gravitons cause objects to be attracted to one another. But gravitons have never actually been observed.
But we’re still not complete,” said Dr. Pamela Gay. “We know that there still needs to be some way to unite quantum mechanics and gravity and actually be able to write down equations that describe the centers of black holes and the earliest moments of the Universe. But we’re not there yet.”
And so, the mystery remains … for now.

Gravity is the attraction force between any two bodies having some mass. By the law of Gravitation, all bodies attract each other by a same force which is related to the mass of the bodies, distance between them, and the Universal Gravitational Constant, G.
On the other hand, the acceleration dur to gravity or g is the acceleration which is felt by an abject when it falls under free fall due to the force of attraction between the bodies. This is the reason, why we feel our weight due to the attractive force at the centre of earth and the reaction force by the surface.
Further research is being done on the gravity and many concepts are there to explain gravity. One of them is the Space-Time curvature that is due to mass of object in the space. The more the mass of the object, more will be the curvature and hence more gravity. This theory was proposed by Einstein and is widely accepted concept in modern research.

Earth's gravity comes from all its mass. And also its not just for the earth. Infact gravity comes into picture only due to masses of bodies of anything, whether it's a celestial body or a normal stone of earth.
Even the Neptune planet is exerting a gravitational force on earth, on you. But because the distance is very much high, so we are not feeling the gravitation of Neptune.
Higher the mass, higher the gravitational pull ot force. Even a minute particle exerts gravity, though it is very negligible.
