10+2 or equivalent examination with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects.
Chemistry or Computer Science or Information Technology or Biotechnology or Biology or Informatics or Statistics or Technical Vocational subject need or any other such subject that has been approved by appropriate authority
50% marks for general students
45% for SC / ST and OBC category.
Siksha 'O' Anusandhan B.Tech admission procedure
Securing a seat in the B.Tech programme requires students to follow any of the two different methods-
Siksha 'O' Anusandhan B.Tech Admission via SAAT
- The students who are interested can apply and sit for the Siksha O Anusandhan Admissions Test (SAAT) that would be conducted by the university.
- The merit lists will be released by the university after SAAT.
- Students need to appear for the counseling process that will be conducted both online and offline
- As per the Siksha 'O' Anusandhan admission process, the selection will only take place on the basis of the merit lists of SAAT.
- The final selection will depend upon the merit, students' choice of preference and the availability of seats.
Siksha 'O' Anusandhan B.Tech Admission through JEE Main
- The students have to appear and obtain valid scores in JEE Main .
- The interested candidates have to then apply for the application via online registration.
- The applicants will then be selected on the basis of their secured rank in JEE Main examination for Siksha 'O' Anusandhan admissions.
- The final seat procurement of seats will be done considering each student’s merit, seat availability, fee payment and document verification.
