Hello dear,
For any exam which you have to attempt like any 12th board exam ot any government exam you need an admit card, this is like an identity proof for the invigilators of the exam. You can get admit card before 2 or 3 weeks before the exam from th official website of the respective organization.

Admit card is something which you need to carry to the examination hall. It is a hall ticket. You will be allowed to sit in the examination hall only if you have the admit card. It consists of your details such as your name name, date of birth, roll number, father's name, your photograph and other essential details. It is to verify that your identity.
