Dear Abhishek, lets say you belong to Tamilnadu. And lets consider 2 Government Medical Colleges, one from Tamilnadu and another from AP. Now lets also.assume each GMC has 100 MBBS seats. Now every GMC has to contribute 15% of its seats for Central pool which means though you are a native of Tamilnadu, you can still try to get a MBBS seat in AP under this Central pool. And you will be eligible for 85% of MBBS seats of Tamilnadu GMC. Out of 100, 15 seats are for non locals and 85 seats are for locals. This 15% of seats allotted for central pool of non locals is called All India Quota. All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC are filled by DGHS.

Hello abhishek !!!AIQ(All India Quota),reservation criteria for NEET 2020 is applicable on 15% seats are offered for AIQ and 85% for state quota seats. NEET reservation category for physically handicapped candidates is 5% seats .In case of vacancy of these seats will be alloted to annual sanctioned seats for respective category.Hope the above information may helps you.All the best !!
