I am not getting what you have asked but still i assume that you have a doubt regarding alloted institute.So,in any counselling whether it is REAP or JOSAA,alloted institute is the seat that is alloted to you in the institute filled by you in the option form during the choice filling.So,according to your choices filled in the option form you  will have been alloted a seat.If you get any seat then you will have to report to that alloted institute with required documents and confirm the seat.For more details please visit this link https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/reap
