AME stands for Aircraft maintenance engineering. The exam  name is AME CET which is a national level exam. this exam offers admission to aircraft engineering courses to the affiliated institutes under the board.  Cutoff mark is not available. It will be available during the counselling time.

NIT is 2nd most top college after IIT. NIT accepts jee main for admission. it is will be some or the other way better from all other colleges.

JEE main is one of the tough exam. but students crack it after long time practice and it goes sane for other exams also. If you will practice properly for any exam you will surely crack it. It can be AME too.

Scope and salary will depend in which college you will join. AME is just an exam same like JEE mains.
