Arpan, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam no.of Candidates qualified, too NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now the formula to calculate a cut off for OBC Category is 40 percentile of the top NEET score. While the formula remains the same, the cut offs change. Now every State has its own cut off for its GMCs. States like Bihar, Delhi, AP, Telangana have higher cut offs than Tamilnadu, Karnatakq, West Bengal, etc. But on a general note, for a seat in a GMC , your score should be nothing less than 575.

In 2019, the OBC cut off was 107-133. This is just a qualifying mark. Not every Candidate whos secures the cut off marks will be given a seat. As mentioned, cut offs change from State to State. In 2018, 429 marks under General Category got a seat in GMC in UP. But in 2019, even 537 marks in OBC did not get a seat until the mop up round. The cut offs were that huge last year. So anything less than 575, you will have to wait until mop up round.
