Hi, As per your query about the attempt certificate, i would like to inform that it is a certificate stating the number of times he/she has taken a particular exam to pass.. Like passed 12 class in one attempt or have to give 2 attempts....

For applying attempt certificate you have to write an simple application as written for any other certificate stating that you need this certificate for higher study purpose...

hello Annapoorna,

basically,attempt certificate is needed to certify the number of attempts you needed to pass NEET.

I am not sure about the format as i didnt have to submit an attempt certificate
