The fee structure of an officer in the Indian Army varies along with varying ranks.
The salary according to ranks is as follows:
Lieutenant: A lieutenant gets a pay of around INR 15600 - 39100 along with Military Service Pay of INR 6,000 and a Grade Pay of 5,400 so in total he earns around INR 65,000 per month
Captain: This is the second rank in the Indian Army. After serving two years as commissioned officer an Indian Army officer gets this rank. A captain gets paid around INR 15600 - 39100 along with Military Service Pay of INR 6,100 and a Grade Pay of 6,000 so in total he earns around INR 65,700 per month.
Major: A major gets a pay of around INR 15600 - 39100 along with Military Service Pay of INR 6,600 and a Grade Pay of 6,000 so in total he earns around INR 66,800 per month.
Lieutenant Colonel: He is given a pay of INR 37,400-67,000 along with Grade Pay of INR 8,000 and a Military Service Pay of INR 6,000 so in total he earns around INR 2,00,000 per month.
Colonel:. He is given a pay of INR 37,400-67,000 along with Grade Pay of INR 8,700 and a Military Service Pay of INR 6,000 so in total he earns around INR 2,50,000 per month.
Brigadier: He is given a pay of INR 37,400-67,000 along with Grade Pay of INR 8,900 and a Military Service Pay of INR 6,000 so in total he earns around INR 3,50,000 per month.
Major General: He is given a pay of INR 37,400-67,000 along with Grade Pay of INR 10,000 and a Military Service Pay of INR 6,000 so in total he earns around INR 4,00,000 per month.
Lieutenant General: The rank after a Major General is that of a Lieutenant General. He is given a pay of INR 67,000-79,000 he does not however get Grade Pay or Military Service Pay but earns a total of around INR 4,50,000 per month.
General: The rank of a General is the highest rank in the Indian Army. He is given a pay of INR 90,000 he does not however get Grade Pay or Military Service Pay but earns a total of around INR 6,00,000-7,00,000 per month.
This ranking system and salaries is common across all Indian Army bases, whether they be navy, air force, infantry etc.
How to join the Indian Navy after class 12th?
Five major ways to join the Indian Navy are-
NDA: The applications for NDA are released twice a year i.e. in the months of June and December via UPSC. The candidate needs to appear for the written test which consists of two paper including sections of general awareness, english and mathematics. This exclusively for men.
Cadet Entry: This is an all men based entry test in which applications are shortlisted on the basis of class 12th PCM percentage and SSB interviews. It is a four training programme which offer an engineering degree on completion. Notification about applications is given by October.
CDSE: The applications for CDSE are released in the months of July and November via UPSC. The candidate must appear for the written test conducted by UPSC which includes three paper consisting of general awareness, english and math. You need to have done your graduation to appear for this. This is exclusively for men.
UES: Final year engineering male students can apply for this. Applicants selected and then interviewed followed by SSB and selections are done on the basis of the two. Applications are released some time during July and recruitments are done on campus.
Graduate Direct Entries: It is for both men and women. It is direct mode of entry based on graduation cut-off decided by the Navy. You need to be a pre-final year or final year candidate.
How to join the Indian Air Force after class 12th?
Four major ways to join the Indian Air force are-

It is an all India test for both men and women conducted by the Indian Air Force. It is a written exam consisting on a paper on general awareness, military aptitude, mathematics, and english.
