The cutoff required for admission varies every year depending on factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, candidates appearing in the exam, number of seats, etc.

You can refer to the last year's cutoff for reference and to have an idea bout the marks required to get a seat.
NEET 2019 Cutoff marks for admission to KGMC through state quota is as follows:

UR- 637
BC- 629
SC- 528
ST- 362
