what is b tech and m tech and if i m interested in robotics then what should i do to excel in that im capable og going to foreign universities also

Robotics as a stand alone B.Tech degree is not offered in a lot of colleges in India, you can take up bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Science degree, and do some extra courses to make a good foundation.
Then you can go abroad for a Masters or specialisation in Robotics. You can find the list of collges in India offering B.Tech/M.Tech in Robotics and automation here
