What is best bmlt or dmlt scope job

If you are looking for quicker job opportunities. Then dmlt would be a better choice. Most dmlt syllabi are focused on the technical skills required in the medical laboratory and concentrate little on the theoretical background. Whereas, bmlt courses have vaster syllabus focusing a lot on theory parts. Coming to job prospects, I've seen both technicians holding a diploma or a bachelor doing the same level of work (which sometimes bugs me a little). But of course, one holding the bachelor's in lab tech would be preferred over the one holding a diploma. Also, I'd like to mention that people after completing their diploma go straight for job hunting. But the bachelors have the opportunity for growth and go for masters in various fields.
