For NDA you have to clear it's entrance exam conducted which is conducted by UPSC every year the exam is conducted into two round the first is held during feb/march and the second one in September you have you qualify both in order to be eligible for NDA you can apply next year forms will be available in dec or jan till then prepare for the exam with most dedication.
