You can not compare NITs and IIITs like this it totally depends on the college which you are getting and branch.

IIITs are good in CSE and IT branch.

If we check the NIRF ranking then below are the ranks

NIT Trichy- 11th position

NIT Rourkela- 12th position

NIT Surathkal- 22nd Position

NIT Warangal- 34th position
