Laher, both CA and CS are prolific career options and it is difficult to choose between the both. A qualified Xhartered Accountant handles the financial regulations of a company while a Company Secretart deals with the legal perspects of the company handling as a bridge between the Management and various departments of various sectors following the Compliance procedures. A CS holds a key position in a Company while a CA gets to work at various levels of the Company. But CA is a tough course when compared to CS.
