It's totally depends on your interest,if you have interest in engineering then choose that,if you have interest in nursing then choose that, Just analyse yourself in which you give your 100% so that you will get high profile jobs , Scope of both the courses is good,it's upon you in which you do the best

All this courses are different and will be used for the different purposes. According to me you should select that course in which you find more scope and interest. You should not look towards the other person but look towards your mind and hardworking skills.
If you can do best in medical side then move towards it otherwise engineering is the best option for you. In both the fields you will lot of career scope.
