Vasavi College of Engineering is a self-financed technical institution in Ibrahimbagh, Hyderabad which is affiliated to Osmania University. The curriculum includes courses on the latest technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things, Robotic Process Automation etc. A value-added course, CISCO , is also offered to meet the market demands nowadays. Industry related research is carried out in partnership with organizations such as BOSCH, RCI, TITAN, etc. So, placements are at high pace here.

On the other hand, University College of Engineering (OUCE) is an autonomous engineering college also located in Hyderabad, and affiliated to Osmania University as well.The department has well qualified staff and infrastructure  Apart from regular academic work, the department is actively involved in industrial training, consultancy, research and other professional activities. It has interactions with software development firms and R&D establishments. Various events are held from time to time to polish student's skills.

So both the institutes are under Osmania University, placement record is also similar. Vasavi has more extra curricular activities other than traditional curriculum. I would suggest you to go with your interest rather you want to learn more core subjects or involve in the extra curriculum too.
