D pharm is a 2 year diploma course for students who want to pursue their career in medical field of pharmaceutical sciences.
B pharmacy is a 4 year undergraduate course which deals with the structure and function of the medicine
Mpharm is 2 year post graduate course which is done for any specialization subject.
- as per your question bpharm and mpharm is good as per scope and salary.
- dpharm is a diploma which do not have many career options. Students do dpharm only for medical license.
- after bpharm you have good career options in pharmaceutical industries and you can also become lecturer for dpharm students
