NCC A certificate has very less value. NCC C certificate is the highest value certificate for NCC cadets. It can be taken in the 3rd year of training, in the 3rd year of degree course. A BC-E certificate is a caste certificate and 3-4% seats are reserved dor this category in state level so it will have more advantage than NCC certificate.
