The answer to this question depends on where you want to work as a doctor after you complete your course. If you want to practise in India, get into a good public or private college in India. But if you want to practise abroad, there are extremely good colleges in Georgia, Czech Republic, Hungary, etc as after you complete your medical course there, your international degree will allow you to practise in many foreign countries without having to write exams for them (though you have to follow some procedure i.e. Write an Exam or so if you want to come back later and practise in India). Hope this helps. Good luck!
Hi Aspirant, If go for private collages they have high fee of the semester, If you for public collages like AIIMS or state collages then you will less fee and affordable. For study in abroad you need to give MCAT exam according to MCAT score to have to choose the collages.
other countries if you wish to save money. and come back and appear MCI exams.

Hi Rajiv, You can do an MBBS from anywhere in the world but before you are allowed to work or practice in any other country, you will need to pass the licensing exam of that country. The students have to pass a Foreign Medical Graduates Examination by Medical Council of India –MCI to be eligible to practice in the country Similarly, USA has USMLE, Canada has MCCEE, UK has PLAB test.
