What is better...university or deemed to be university?

I am telling you thile difference between both types. You can decide by own which is better:
1) Deemed university status is granted by UGC to autonomous universities which work on very high standards in the specific area of study whereas Autonomous colleges are affiliated by any Government university but follow their own grade system for their academic courses instead of following the university's syllabus.
2) Deemed universities award their own degree while autonomous colleges have no such privilege.
3) Deemed university is more free and flexible as compared to the Autonomous college.
