B.Ed in BHU is a 1 year course. The basic eligibility criteria is that you should have completed your Graduation in any stream with a minimum aggregate of 50%. This aggregate should be in all subject in those 3 years except those subjects in which you just need to pass but do not contribute to the final degree mark sheet. You should have studied atleast one school subject among Hindi, Sanskrit, English, Science, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, History, Geography, Political Science or Home Science. Regarding the entrance exam, BHU UET is the entrance exam for admission to B.Ed course. The exam will be held on 28th May. You can fill in the form at: http://bhu2.ucanapply.com/Entrance/entrance/?app-id=UElZMDAwMDkzMA== The syllabus for the exam will include Teaching Aptitude, Reasoning, Current Education scenario, Science, Mathematics, Social Sciences and Humanities. The exam is for 150 minutes and 100 questions will be given and the total exam is for 300 marks. Every correct answer gives you 3 marks and a wrong answer takes away 1 mark due to negative marking.
