Uttarakhand has closed the facility of bond education for MBBS and MD/MS students in Doon Medical College from this academic year. The facility is still available in Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Government Institute Of Medical Science and Research.

Also yes, there is a difference in the annual fee with respect to bond education. The ones who decide to go for MBBS education in Uttarakhand without signing the bond are required to pay a higher annual course fee of Rs. 4,00,000.
